Teleopti wins the CRC Oro Award as Best WFM Techology in Spain

Madrid, December 1st and 2nd 2010, For the second year in a row Teleopti was an exhibitor at The Call Center and CRM trade show in Madrid.

During the event the CRC Oro Awards organizers, IZO Systems, AEECCC and Call Center Magazine, presented awards to companies in the areas of Best Customer Experiences and Best Technologies. The winners in the area of Best Customer Experiences were the most significant companies in the Spanish market like Teleperformance, Atento, Unisono, Sitel, Konecta and Transcom.

During the second day of the Trade Show, the organizers presented the CRC Oro Awards for the Best Technologies, where Teleopti won the Best WFM Technology.

Teleopti has increased it’s customer base in Spain with notable companies such as Teleperformance, Bosch Communication Center, Mapfre and Linea Directa Aseguradora. “With our new customers and the recognition with this award, we have positioned Teleopti on top of the WFM providers in the Spanish market”, said Jorge Martin, Iberia Channel Manager for Teleopti.

“Teleopti is the only WFM provider that can handle the complex Spanish work rules legislations. Our success is a result of close cooperation with well established and leading customers with exacting requirements”, said Nils Bildt, Founder of Teleopti and Chairman of the Board.
